You can't solve it if you don't have money. Your scheme is not going to work because it doesn't protect the lender and/or the seller. You can simply disappear when you get the documents and there is nothing anyone can do about it. The escrow would be obligated to send the money to the seller and lender wouldn't get their money back. On the other hand the seller wouldn't agree to any additional escrow conditions (such as waiting until you resell the documents).

Im buying documens from seller those documens already have a buyer in my contry for biger price. I have exchanger that change money to btc and than i will have btc to repay. Problem i dont have 0.22 btc to pay to seller. If you have some ideas how to solve this tell me.

This still doesn't make any sense. If you have no collateral to put into escrow then you're not getting a loan. If the loan amount remains in escrow until it's returned to the lender then what's the point of borrowing?

My offer to land me 0.22 of btc on escrow service. After successful deal i'll give you back 0.05 btc in return. You control all escrow part, just in right time you have to disput the deal like not done. So no one loos anything...
