It looks like a 2pac USB miner I don't you can switch to other miner software but you can mine any SHA256 algo coins.
If you are looking for other coins that support SHA-256 algo coins use this site https://miningpoolstats.stream/ under algo paste "SHA-256" and the result should be the list of the coins that support that algo that you can mine with this unit.
Then click that coin and it will give you a list of pools where you can mine it.
The two current profitable coins that can be exchanged on the market are the two coins mentioned above XEC and BCH but you can also mine DGB more coins are listed on the miningpoolstats.

I have about 1,000,000 xec they are 0.00003 usd each. so I have 30 usd worth of them
0.00003 = 1
0.00030 = 10
0.00300 = 100
0.03000 = 1000
0.30000 = 10000
3.00000 = 100000
30.0000 = 1000000
