They upload both original and modified BIOS. Last time i downloaded there modified BIOS for P104-100.

I can`t say really, which of them is original and which is modified. After 5600 modified BIOS my GPUs became MSI and it doesn`t matter for me original it or not

the way the 5600xt was modded im not sure will happen with the 5500
the bios everyone is using was pulled from a reference version before a bios update
so its basically unlocked and prolly wasnt supposed to be but was pushed out fast
