I'm unable to set my 2FA here back when I sign up so I ignored this exchange. I don't know the reason why even I'm putting the correct codes. 2FA is necessary to make deposits but since I can't set up it, no way I can test the exchange. As of now, they only support Google Authenticator for 2FA. Maybe I will consider trying it again once they support other authenticator apps.
