I've recommended this in a similar case, and I still recommend it. It's not 1:1 though, it takes 1%.If you don't want to create an account: if you post your LTC addy, I can set it up through my account (limited to 100 euro per day), and get you a Bitcoin deposit addy (after getting your LTC addy).

That would be good for you since exchange require fees. There is withdrawal fee for LTC too but if you are ready to take all the fees and give me exact 1 LTC, I'm ready to save your fees. Be very careful about the ses-store guy. The offsite exchange he's suggesting is most likely scam. There's a Member who complained about it and he might be right.
