I don't think you would be able to sell your too much paypal fund on this forum. Better withdraw your fund or user any exchanger if you are legit. You may use coinbase to buy bitcoin by your paypal fund. Note: To buy bitcoin via coinbase by paypal they may need to verify your identity. 
Transfer your funds from PayPal and do a wire transfer, then I’ll help you. I’ve seen people scam with PayPal for even five dollars.
