OP, probably you're not going to be able to do deals on this forum with PayPal. You're just too new and PayPal can be charged back, so it's probably the least ideal method of buying bitcoin. As I mentioned in another thread however, there are places like wesellcrypto.com that sell btc and some other altcoins for PP, but the markups are pretty large. They're definitely reliable though, and I've used them in the past. Good luck to you.
You could try local bitcoins and virwox. They offer exhange of BTC via Paypal. Also tere is a currency exchange section here, you can trade with someone here in the forum but I doubt you can ge one since you are gonna use paypal and you are still a newbie. Not all people here trust people who uses paypal to exchange. Iyou are goin to exchange here tho, always use escrow if you are dealing with an untrusted member here.
i have no idea how to buy these things. cant find a site that works. but i do have money on paypal if you want to trade
