Sometimes coinbase charge a fee if the total amount to spend is less than 50 cent, not sure if this rule is still applied.

just now sent btc from my coinbase wallet and charge zero fee(checked balance before and after transaction, if sometimes to hide fee )

Me TOO! I sent another 1 mbtc to the same wallet, and it didn't charge transaction fees. Very confused as to why or why not they charge and don't charge transaction fees of some transactions.

Coinbase's commission on fiat <-> BTC transactions is 1% of the transaction.

For BTC wallet to wallet transactions, there are miner fees associated with the transaction, but Coinbase pays these fees.

Of course coinbase didnot pay your bitcoin miner fees op, you are pay for every transaction fee.
Usually it is be regulated 0.0001 per one transaction. Not sure how much did coinbase charged.

it seems that they charge the lowest possible based on the output of the OP 4849 satoshi

it's to avoid wasting enormous fee on small amount

I noticed this a few days ago but thought nothing of it! Until Now...

So today I withdrew 0.001 BTC to a website. It then said that I withdrew 0.00104849 BTC instead of 0.001 BTC. (I clearly wrote 0.001 BTC into the form box!)

I was not notified of this change before it happened.

Please reply with any information that may be usefu or relavent and if you have had the same problem, please share it!

Thank you
