Anybody interested in a 1:1 exhange of say 500 coins?
Did you mean 500 test satoshi ?
If yes, tBtc has a value right now 500 test satoshi = 500 doge ($1), he will got a lot of PM right now.
I am really sure he means 500 tBtc (500 Million test Satoshi) for 500 Doge. Nobody wants to exchange it because tBtc has cost to mining it, better to creating faucet website to get ads.

Testnet bitcoin (tBTC) are still bitcoin but on a separate blockchain designed for testing. They do not and should not have any monetary value and used strictly for testing. Think about it as "BTC Demo version".
You can read some more info here: Testnet. All about cryptocurrency - BitcoinWiki & Bitcoin Testnet. Activate, experience it, but don't trade and get scammed.
Bitcoin on testnet is valuable for people who need it but in reality it has zero monetary value and no one trade it. Why do you have to trade it using your fiats or any other cryptocurrency, it means you will pay a kind of cost to get some bitcoin testnet?

It is a trap for people who don't know what is bitcoin testnet. They will think they have a very good deal to buy cheap bitcoin than on the crypto exchanges.

Dogecoin is a low value coin but it has somewhat monetary value, not zero monetary value like bitcoin testnet.

I have a feeling he mixed them up in the title.
Guess he has tBTC and wants to exchange them for DOGE.
My message is:
I want DOGE
That's why he signed a message using a tBTC address (at least that's my logic)
If you want to make those tBTC not worthless lend them for free to devs/newbies so they can test/use/get familiar with it and don't sell/buy tBTC ... as others pointed out.

tBTC isn't for trade. I think it's not good. You can get it free from faucet however, 500 tbtc seems to be too big to get from faucet. If you are in need, try mining and get some rewards. tbtc in real terms should be valueless.

It seems that OP doesn't need about testnet for bitcoins and how it can be obtained without the need to buy it.
In addition to the comment above made by steamty, i would like to share with you a recent comment i wrote in another similar topic where you can also find a full list of free Faucetys to get what you need of Testnet bitcoin:
I do not know much about testnet Bitcoins, but could you kindly shortly introduce it? Do you think that testnet Bitcoins will ever have a value? Also there are only 21 million testnet Bitcoins? Sorry, I have heard about the testnet Bitcoins for the first time.  Cry
Its an alternative blockchain for bitcoin, mainly used by blockchain app developpers to make experiment tests without the need to use real bitcoins. As stated in above posts, you can get some for free using one of the faucets, hen usually send them back so can be used by others who may need it. It's not for sale, and as you can see the address format is different from the ones of the real bitcoin to avoid possible scams.
You can read more here: https://en.bitcoinwiki.org/wiki/Testnet
If you face any trouble, feel free to post about it here in this topic or you may just open a dedicated topic in the apropriate board . Never forget that you don't have to pay for free bitcoin testnet. Good luck

Not really sure what the necessity is but here is a thread that contains testnet faucets. On top of that there is a member who has a large amount of tBTC mocacino. Pretty sure there only concern is being able to replenish what they lend out through mining it.

Check it out and maybe it will work out for you.

Not kidding.

Bitcoin testnet coins are worthless (by definition). DOGE is almost worthless.

Anybody interested in a 1:1 exhange of say 500 coins?
