He has one positive trust from a DT member and it is simply because the DT member acted as an escrow for a transaction that OP was involved in. I have no clue why you people think this makes them infallible, or why you believe that you should blindly trust the marketplace feedback system. It is long established that the user with Paypal funds sends their funds first, unless the person receiving the Paypal funds is untrustworthy or the sender is an established currency exchanger.

I would be fine with escrow, but I will not be sending my non-reversible payment method first. That makes absolutely no sense.

I'm going to assume that you are willing to break this down into chunks, or is that not the case? I would be interested in exchanging about $100 of your Paypal for my BTC. I'm going to assume that you're willing to send it first, since your method is reversible and BTC is not, is that a fair assumption?
He’s in the green. So you’d be sending first. He’s highly credible.
He got more green trust so why would he send first?

to op what rate?

Escrow is the best way if you don't trust each other.

if you don't believe in sending first, don't ask people to send first, use escrow this is  fair
