Hi Harry,

I'm sure you can do a charge back. If you payed via PayPal balance then you need to contact PayPal.
If you payed via your credit card contact your bank.

However, next time you might want to use our service.  Grin

Best regards,
You should read those above post first before posting. Chargeback is not applicable when sending friends/family using paypal.

To OP I don't suggest to use this service mentioned this quoted post and besides they are just new, never say bad or negative to them but being new in this service is suspicious.
I must suggest that use sardasa to trade with paypal to bitcoin on this thread
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/shop-closed-1268477
Or zazarb just pm him Or even gt_addict also doing this service.
They are the only few members I know who buy and sell bitcoin to paypal since I used them. You must agree with their terms when buying/selling them. Regards

Thank you...

You said you got scammed by him, then did you apply for the chargeback if you used paypal as your trading currency or you just used another currency ? I can not see the double spend transaction link in your post. Kindly update it asap.

Transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/23f5ad53deeeec252fd0b63061c70788963938f50eaa5a3dedade73d47b295f9

I paid him 20 USD in paypal as family/friend cuz he wanted to, so I can not charge back. Its over.

Sorry for your loss I guess you're just new to this forum and lemme tell you that once  a user account has  a red mark on his account like this

then you should avoid transacting with this kind of use because that red mark is a negative trust which this user made a scam attempt or scammed someone or a person you should not trust to. And you can't make a chargeback on paypal since you sent it as a friend/family.

Yeah I am new, and a fool. He didn't have any negative rep when I meet him.... or maybe I am blind. I have not been in this world for a period of time.

Hello, I am in need for some bitcoins. I currently have $20 in PayPal, looking for a quick smooth exchange to BTC.

Rate: 1:1.

Let me know if anybody can do this. Smiley
