This can work if the person with PayPal sends as a gift. No way it can be reversed after they do that.

Wrong.

If you say wrong then explain why? One person wanted their money back from me they called PayPal, even showed them our conversations on ICQ and PayPal said they couldn't do nothing about it because they sent it as a gift to me.

It's as simple as saying "It wasn't me". How can Paypal not refund your mysterious gift payment when it was accessed from a different IP, with a statement saying it was unauthorized?

It's been discussed to death. Think compromised account and gift/digital goods go out the window.
I will second this.  There are many topics I've seen devoted to this exact issue.  There's no safe way yet to accept PayPal as a payment for bitcoin.  I don't know how wesellcrypto does it, they must get people charging back all the time, and if I'm not mistaken it's against PayPal's terms anyway.  Spoetnik has trolled this issue ad nauseum.  So yeah.  Doesn't matter if the PP is a gift or not.

Try wesellcrypto.com?  Yes their fees are high, but you'll get your bitcoin right away and it's very easy to use.  And I think there are at least a couple of members who post offers in the currency exchange section who do PP--->btc.  Otherwise you're going to have a very hard time getting a deal done because as everyone else has mentioned, PP is reversible even if sent as a gift.  And you're not a trusted member around these parts.

What is your rate?
Who is the escrow?
You will always need to include this information.

Does escrow really work in paypal ? OP should use virwox he if wants to exchange bitcoin with paypal.

No escrow will for sure not work as escrow because the sender can reverse it up to 180 days, escrow will only work if he keeps the money for 180 days in this case yes escrow will work.

About the virwox question yes this works but the fee is high and paypal need to be verfied and it takes 48 for the first whitdraw.

Almost nobody on this forum will accept this large of a Paypal transaction from anybody. localbitcoin is another site you could check out in addition the one mentioned above.

Don't expect to have much luck around here with Paypal.

Try virwox.com, Paypal is reversible hence not a lot of people actually want to exchange it...
