There was a suggestion a while ago for using a note calling it "intangible goods non refundable" to get it to not charge back. I think you should also try to empty the account as fast as possible also and remove the payment method (if using a new PayPal account for it).
It's around 1 year old and verified.

I wouldn't mind using an escrow service if you can handle the fees or going first with high trusted members/traders.
I didn't get your thread title and in op also you didn't make it clear. What I understood is you want to buy BTC and for every $100, you going to accept $95 in BTC or $97 in altcoin. I have PayPal verified account, and my region only allows sending G&S payments.

I'd take caution with that as PayPal is reversible, I'd double check you know the best practices for stopping a charge back (if there are any).
My region doesn't allow sending F&F sadly. I wish it was possible, it would be way easier for me to purchase.
