I do Payza exchange for Bitcoin using Goldux.com, the rates are not as high and the site is reputable. I recommend you to try

I think the OP is saying that Payza is exchanging bitcoin at 294.50 US $ , so they want a better rate. And Payza won't exchange bitcoin at the moment, anyhow.
