Yeah, this is a BTC forum and BTC is worth more than any other currency, I would suggest you go to a PM forum where you can charge more for PM and I would advise anyone who deals with you to ignore your send first part and use an escrow from this list or you will regret it, even if it's a small amount, all his history is from last year and should be ignored.
If OP refuses to use an escrow then it should be a sign your going to get screwed, you can also use paxful and localbitcoin.

Value measure by need, If somebody need PM more than BTC, they will ready to pay 2%.

Again i make it clear due to online site(s) are asking more money and i am thinking to save my money asking this forum for trade.
I have also NO issue at all to open trade at paxful or LBC. Both party auto secure.

He is relentlessly pushing you to go first with the $25,000 PM.
Scammers usually act this way. When they see a potential target, they focus on it stubbornly.
OP, if he insists on doing this trade, use escrow. Do not give in and accept any kind of sans-escrow arrangement. Not even a proposal to break down the amount in smaller tranches. One of the tactics used by scammers is to ask their victims to send smaller amounts first. They will honor the transaction and settle as planned (say, for $500). It's a false trust-building scenario. They try to get you to trust them with a successful small amount. On the second transaction, they will ask you to send first (on the strength of the previous transaction they completed "honestly"). They usually insist that you send the remaining (larger) amount first for the second transaction. This is when they strike and don't pay.
Another tactic is to lure you to send a small amount first (say, $500 of the $25k). Then they will hold the first transaction hostage until you send more and more.
Do not fall for it. Use escrow ALWAYS.

There are many BTC sellers on LBC. You can easily get this trade done there without even letting entire forum know that you got $25K PM fund lying in your PM account.
