That's because the account has been blocked and you won't be able to send the money and with skrill the only way to see that is by sending money out and before that the account looks perfect and the funds appear to be available.
Because I can't cash a cheque because I made the account with fake details lol. That's why I'm selling it to someone who wants to forward the money to themselves , like I said escrow can confirm account, I can show balance on team view, all that crazy stuff.
