Try choosing a credit union or a small town bank. I used to have an account at a tiny bank in Shelby MI. They were awesome.  Smiley

They all suck.  BOA was great for me for 11 years but closed my account recently because of my involvement with bitcoin.

I would go to a small bank if you are a small timer, a large bank like boa/chase/wf if you are a medium timer and look very closely if you are very rich at their higher tier banking options.

go with a credit union and not chase or any other big institutional bank. so many of the world's issues are at the hands of big banks, so the best way to protect them is not to use their services. credit unions are less hellbent on squeezing every penny out of you too, though you may not get as much cashback/pormotional money.
