Yeah of course, just something simple like a coffee in starbucks. Starbucks accepts bitcoin.

No they don't. Maybe you bought a Starbucks gift card with BTC. But they definitely don't accept it directly.

I try to hold my coins but I'm guilty of splurging on Amazon when I keep seeing my portfolio increase like it has recently...

No i haven't buy anthing with bitcoin , but i buy with fiat money , i earned bitcoin and convert it to our fiat currency . Because here in our country there were few establishments or company that are receiving bitcoin as payments for the things a person want to buy. Instead a person will convert the bitcoin to fiat money to be able to buy things they wants. I have a little percent in bitcoin as of now , and i am earning more to be able to buy the things i want in the future.

I have not yet. I am not sure now would be a good time either with how slow transactions are and the high fees! Maybe in the future when things settle down more I'd be more likely to consider it.  Roll Eyes

In order to buy items using bitcoin, you do not need to convert it into ordinary currencies. I already bought clothes and equipment with the help of bitcoins.

You can use sites such as localbitcoins and bitstamp to convert your bitcoins in to fiat. There are many other sites but I've never used them, a quick google search will bring up many.

look for a "local" exchange, that trades the currency you want to liquidate your assets in

You need a bank account and crypto's

You'll send your crypto and in return they'll send you the cash, with a fee of course, usually about 2-3%

For your topic, no I haven't bought anything yet using my BTC but I am planning to buy something as a means of investment for bitcoin. For your other question on how to convert btc into cash, it's simple just go to your local exchanger and convert your btc to your local currency.

If you count the price of the purchase goods with bitcoins get more expensive than Fiat money. Now it's easier for me to convert my bitcoins into Fiat currency on the credit card and then make purchases in the online store.
Yeah it's also easier for me doing this. Also i save time and days become productive.

I just know bitcoin, I still do not have any bitcoin at all
Yes, but I usually exchange my bitcoin into cash. Whenever I get my profit from bitcoin, some of it were exchanged into cash in order to buy my family's necessities at home and some school stuffs. If talking about really exchanging or buying bitcoin to something, I haven't done that since I don't know establishments accepting bitcoin right now.

I already bought a few things. Most of these things are invested on my books in school. Converting your bitcoin into cash depends on which country you are. There are a lots of application in playstore that can help. You can also send it in your bank account.

What? two completely different questions.

I use exchanges to convert my BTC to cash. Normally I get them to do bank transfer or cheque for large amounts over 5K and for smaller amounts I sometimes put those directly on my credit card to pay off the balance.
