As a consumer a fast food this article definitely struck a chord in me.
Although I am very concerned for the woman’s health after she consumed some of the human finger, I am even more concerned for the meat worker who lost his fingers and was obviously not able to retrieve it.
At bottom, this incident does not discourage me from continuing to eat fast food because this type of thing happens so rarely.

I have lot of bitter experience with many reputed restaurants to be honest but the title is not about that, since you asked the weird one not the bad one.
