If both were okay to be in relationship then there is nothing wrong with it but don't force any of your freind to be your girl friend if she don't like it because it won't last long.

Certainly it happens so often, as a result of rapprochement between friends. When I was young it happened to me, I fell in love with my girlfriend and I was afraid to clarify her. And when I broke it in that canceled our friendship ..

For sure many of people Who are best friend of girl and boy maybe they inlove they each other once they know each other.
Many people once they confess to their friend that they inlove to her/ him they rejected or if you are lucky the feeling is mutual.
