Sure shitposters get deleted posts but then, when a shitposter plagiarises a content or creates a shitty thread and users go about commenting, either the contributions is vital, necessarily, correct or not, should the moderator happen to delete the thread, the comments that came with it is wiped as well and only the OP gets notified about it.
Bottom line, to avoid deleted posts as a non shitposter, you ought to be careful about the threads you post in especially one coming from a newbie or beginner as they are the once very liable to these crimes.
1)the only way to avoid stealth deletes is never post in any thread that you did not start. = This is the only way that works right now.
2) If a thread is deleted every poster needs a notice. = this is the correct solution.
All other threads you post in can get your hard work poofed on the whim of a mod.
It is a flaw in the forum's notification process. that 1) works and 2) is yet to have been implemented.
I have lost 20 to 40 hours of work on many good posts due to thread deletions in btc mining section.
