I never tried it willingfully, but I only ever have this 1 dream I think I'll never forget for the rest of my life, which I believe goes into that category of what people call ''lucid dreams''and that was 10 years ago when I was 15, and I was in a dream where I was beetween 2 Roman-like limestone poles and everything around me was also in that limestone or marble or what ever shiny material was used then, and in front of me was a beautiful marble or that limestone material bridge, no one except me was in that dream but I remember clearly 'waking' up inside of that dream and being like: ''wait'' this isn't real, I'm dreaming this'' while in that dream and I remember clearly raising my hands within' a dream and looking at them, nothing after that I remember clearly and the ''looking at my hands'' part is what actually spooked me the most after I woke up and started processing what has just happened because I never experienced that before (even to this day), but it's fascinating to think how a brain can imagine/re-create perfect looking 'pictures' in our imagination which is also in color, im pretty sure it was. So yeah, that's my Only ever experience with so called lucid dreams, and I personally find them fascinating and would love to explore that field more later in life ^^ You can never learn enough about anything haha!

that is amazing, haven't you try again

A lucid dream is a type of dream in which the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming while dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment;[1][2][3][4] Lucid dreaming has been studied and reported for many years. Prominent figures from ancient to modern times have been fascinated by lucid dreams and have sought ways to better understand their causes and purpose.

I had to Google it to find out what it was. I have never heard of this practise before but it does sound very interesting. I will report back if I am able to take control of my dreams & master this.

Go research on how to open your third eye, widen your mind, you need to connect to the source ( God ).
Inception has some roots in truth, but mostly is fictional.
