Some small wins iirc? I don't think I've had a big win from free spins ever, most of my sizeable wins came from regular bets afaik (since I'd probably remember if I big win for free tbh). I didn't actively try to get them though, since some free spins were locked on wager limits, was never really bothered trying to actually get them.
