This is an old trick.
First arouse your greed, and then make you pay a small cost. If you do, there will be various reasons for you to pay.
I just believe that there will be no free lunch in the world.
Don't believe it, don't transfer money.

I often that text message and email told me that I got a big amount because of winning on some lottery, giveaway, etc. But I never take a look because I am afraid of getting scams and sending malware or virus to our devices. Besides that text and email message, I also receive a telephone call from someone that I am eligible to receive big money from their company, which I do not know.
The scammers will often do to trick others and get their money, and we need to be careful and never think about that if we do not do anything. But I never have an experience win big money but I hope I can get it in the future. I only get big money from crypto Grin

attempted fraud in the form of SMS I often experience this...

cheaters will never disappear from this earth while there is still something they can cheat on. what we need to strengthen is ourselves, don't be greedy and don't be easily lured by the persuasion of fraudsters, they only spread sweet promises, it's all not true.

Email & text scams like this have been going on for decades. You can usually tell by the poor use of grammar that it’s some dumb scammer. Money doesn’t come so easily unfortunately so any type of correspondence you receive offering free money is almost certainly a scam.

This is very old technique probably 5 years before as well have received something. Where many people initially in our country had fallen in the trap and lost bucks as they were asked to then send some transaction fees in order to get the wining amount etc. Another such type is that they are manager of some company and they want to setup in your country so if you can guide they will send you an % of dollar etc.

I'm sure this was not the first time that you receive such scamming attempts ? because AFAIK there are following request from this scammers either you need to send some amount or Load first before you can finally claim the price and there are even some that will let you come to their office and when your their? they will ask you to buy something that they are selling and that is literally another form of scamming.

Just Like the poster above said, Ignore them as this is rampant in our world now.

Just do your things and never let somebody ruin your life like that.

It is common in emails too.

If you haven't joined anything then don't expect that something with such an amount will make you win. Scammers will remain as scammers as that's their bread and butter and nothing will change with their activity.

Just ignore them.
