Nope. I don't like to pressure people into doing things very often, and in the few times that I've tried to make people gamble with me, I've always told those people about the risks and potential losses that can be associated with gambling thoroughly, because the last thing I want to do is make someone addicted to gambling. I'm sure there's plenty of people that have found FortuneJack through my posts, but many of my posts especially in this section also highlight the risks associated with gambling, so I don't find it to be particularly unethical or anything of that type.
Main thing here is that i dont want really for someone to blame me if they do lost with gambling and become addicted thats why im not really fan on
dragging up someone when it comes to gambling activity.I can suggest somewhat but not to the point on pushing them to play.I do always say about the
risk tied with it, at least they are aware that ive been telling them about that matter so that in case some unfortunate things do happen you already have some
peace of mind since you cant be blamed. Cool

This really happens, a friend told me this, he has a friend that he wants to treat in his birthday, and since he is very much into gambling, he invited him to go on a casino to treat, since it's his birthday, but he did not have the slightest idea that his friend whom he lured to gambling, will frequent the casinos and play on his own, until he becomes addicted, he is guilty of this because he did not know that he will be luring his friend to gambling, because of that treat.
It's a personal choice and that guy probably attached to gambling quickly and find something that he didn't found before with his activities. But your friend shouldn't feel guilty about it because it's a matter of choice, however he can give suggestion for him to stop.

How about have you lured someone to gambling and what will you do if you did?
Not into that extent but I think teenage days before I have a cousin that we use to have the same short time passion in gambling, I don't know if I lured him or he's already into it.

If you have someone lured and become ruin his life that is heavily conscience to your part. In the beginning, you should tell your friend the precautions and consequences will happen. But to be honest I did not do that in my real life, that is the same as introducing Bitcoin with someone close to you. But he did not know how it works, when he saw the price was down, he quickly converted this into fiat and there is already a loss. Now, he should be blaming you for not saying any warned. Just like that, you should tell first those consequences that might happen.

Well to be honest, I am unaware if I lured someone into gambling. All I know is that I have wore a couple of signatures that require us to post comments/replies in gambling threads and I have personally advertise gambling campaigns through the signature campaigns.

Based on my real-life situation, whenever I encounter someone asking me about gambling (in general), I highly advise them to avoid it. Although this may spark their curiosity more, I always make it a point to share my encounters before especially when I hit rock-bottom during my gambling spree days.

It isnt bad though but you should at least tell or do make some precautions that this thing is highly addictive. Therefore, in case he got addicted then you
wont really feel the regret because you already told him about the risk tied up with gambling. It depends on a person though because some do really
love to invite others but doesnt care too much on how his friend would spend out money and clearly seeing that this one would be easily got addicted.

I would not dare to recommend or invite someone to play gambling. Because I do not know the extent to which he is able to control himself to not keep playing. All we know is that no one has won continuously in a gambling. But the desire to continue playing clearly is in each of us. So I will prevent from the beginning than later my friend will be addicted to gambling

The person that i only lured in gambling is my brother because i always ask him to go with me when everytime i go to at the casino for me to have someone by my side. After that my brother also wanted to gamble and end up getting addicted to gambling. Good thing that i stopped him from playing gambling because i stopped bringing him whenever i go at the casino.

How about have you lured someone to gambling and what will you do if you did?

Honestly a lot of people, but I mean off-line gambling, in high school, almost the whole class started gambling because of me. I lied that I was getting a lot of gambling money, and in short, there were sanctions. In my view, from this point of view, it was a great sin to lead people to harm without thinking that one could become a great addict, that is, one who could not control himself.

How about have you lured someone to gambling and what will you do if you did?

I haven't lured anyone as I'm not much of a gamblers, I only introduced my friends to the type of gambling I'm doing and leave them to decide whether they'll be comfortable to follow my fullsteps or not. On the contrary I was the one who was lured into gambling but it wasn't by a friend but from an advertisement from a cryptocurrency related sportbooks I saw online.

On the other hand, when it comes to promoting a brand, I have lured many into patronizing the projects I advert instead of patronizing other competition although I'm not aware if they pick interest on other gambling opportunities those platform offers as I'm mostly into sport betting.amd that's my recommendation.

I have not lured anyone specifically to gambling but i have been to clubs with friends and usually has a lot of fun with friends but not sure you will call those addiction and some usually visit them and that is the case with gambling and you are going to spent a lot of money if you are addicted in anything, be it drugs, alcohol, sex or gambling and if you see your friend in trouble you can help him or her out to recover from that addiction.

Talking about luring someone or a friend into gambling I have done that multiple times already. Not just to enjoy gambling but also when I ran out of money I lure them hoping they will win to save me from being broke for a moment.

You're not a "friend", you are a fake friend, because if you're a real friend of them, you wouldn't put them in gambling to be messed up like you, that was a selfish decision of yours. I'm curious how it turned up? care to tell us what happened to your friends?

If I'm not wrong, and like what others ended up in gambling, I bet they've got addicted or your friendship was already over because they've realized that a friend like you is not totally worthy to be called a "Friend"

I am also a victim of my friend who lured me in gambling but I did not regret that he lured me into gambling because through the help of gambling I have been able to find new set of friends and also I am enjoying if I am playing or gambling some card games like poker, baccarat and also some dice games. If I would lured someone into gambling then maybe it is also some of my friends because I guess they will also love gambling and playing so that they may also feel the enjoyment that I am feeling right now.

Sound like you dragging your friend into hell and lured in gambling makes ruin his life. I can't take my conscience if I saw my friend who was addicted to gambling just because of me. You should have a responsibility for this since the start and you must know what will be the consequences will happen. Before he was lured into gambling you should remind him to put a limitation on his self not become into an addiction which makes things worst if that is happening. Nevertheless, your friend is not already a kid, he was at the right age to think but the sad part you involved in his addiction.

I don't know for sure. I mean, some of my friends have seen me gamble in sports like basketball, baseball, and football. They have seen me play card games also and they probably learned a thing or two just by watching me. So I may be indirectly responsible if they started betting/playing after.
.

Seems fair. You might have played a role in their participation in gambling activities. For me, I'm not so proud about being a gambler so I can't get my my friends or siblings to it seems it's not a lucrative business or skill learning. I mainly gamble on the side and its largely for fun. Win or lose, I'm still going. It might get them rekt and I won't like to be the reason for that. That's why when I gamble, I do it on the low.

have done this with my cousin and some friends when we were younger, since i learn gambling in so so young age,my cousins and friends has no idea what is gambling all about.

and because of my bullishness i lured them to gambling ,even their parents(and also mine) disagree on this idea  yet i go on.

until we reach the right ages and parted ways, and when we were matured we have met again and sad that some of them are now Hook into gambling and has been a problem of the family.

First of all, it is your responsibility indeed for what happened to your friend, you've been a bad influenced to him and didn't think what will happen next, actually this is not a "treat" but a "threat" instead, you've put your friend in something that will make his life worst, and yes you just did, I congratulate you (sarcastic voice). Now, I'm certain that your conscience is bothering you always, mostly at night and you're having trouble getting a good sleep.

Now, you do have a problem, curing your friend will be hard for you as well as curing yourself, it would be a lifetime responsibility for you, more if something really worst will happen to your friend such as being murdered because of unpaid debt to someone.

oh boy that is a one cool story you have there @op but  that is true not just on gambling but happens also on video gaming , alcohol , drugs ,etc  . we can influence other people such as our friend , family member , neighbor , etc to join us on our hobby or addiction but we dont have intention that we will teach them to become addicted also  but unfortunately , they can become hook on it without us noticing it    .  we should not be guilty then because that is thier choice if they will become addicted and not ours .

My Friends. But not traditional gambling to earn some money but to have fun, We are not going to go to an actual casino. Still, we are going to a "perya". Here in the Philippines perya is amusement park, circus, and casino all in one place! And usually, that is just going to open when the festival is near. Gambling there is actually fun because you can talk and bet with other people and your whole group of friends is going to enjoy it.

I never going to lure anyone or my friends into gambling because I have a very bad experience in gambling and still I am seafaring come to out from that bad experience I know-how painful if we lose hard-earned money in the gamble.

Gambling like cancer if we addict, it will kill slowly so better do not addict or do not lure anyone.
Well, lucky for you, you got to experience bad things in gambling before thinking of attracting your friends to gambling world, for my friends there are cases that they invited one of their friends and relatives to gambling thinking that it was fun playing with someone you know and only play with then but later on they notice that something is off and the situation got worst because the person they lured in gambling become too addicted to the point that fun was not in here anymore it treats the gambling as way of living and depends on gambling resulting to betting their properties and their life become miserable. And with that for example you are the person introduce gambling to someone that i'd mentioned then it's your responsibilities and your conscience will never at ease, and it's a very hard situation so as soon as possible people should aware that if they know or doing something that has a bad effect on person's life then just keep that in them and never let more people will be infected.

So far I haven't experience luring someone into gambling especially on a birthday celebration maybe I'll treat him over a resto-bar instead of a casino unless this friend of mine insists he does like to be treated that way. I can't remember correctly but I guess I've been the one being lured instead of luring them there was a time my uncle but just the same age as mine invite me to cockfighting but I guess I'm not the one to be influenced easily over gambling even in just the first time I experienced it.

I have never made such a mistake. And I think that it was so bad idea to lure him to gambling in a day of his birthday.
The biggest addictions come up when you are in a good mood and you consider the actions that you do with those mood as the one that caused you to have a good mood. Maybe this was the reason why he got addicted to gambling.

Introducing gambling to someone who never gambled in his entire life must be a sin. But in this technological world, it must be too hard for anyone to stay without knowing about gambling or at least everyone must be aware of something about gambling like gambling is existing in this world and its evil consequences. I mean to say in my opinion, there will be less possibility for everyone to lure a complete newbie gambler. Yes, there will be less possibility for the existence of a newbie gambler in this technological world. Everyone is already aware of something about gambling.

But without intention, I have introduced many of my friends to freebitco.in faucets. Some of them have turned into gambler due to free money from that faucet. Some got introduced into bitcoin and its adoption because of my efforts. But, introducing gambling was not my intention honestly.

Practically many people first get attracted to bitcoin and its future but once getting into crypto world they are also getting introduced to gambling because in this crypto world gambling is also more attractive along with big ROI from bitcoin investments. Easy money+easy availability of crypto based gambling makes many people gamblers. But, not good for a saving concerning society in long run.

I once lured some of my friends and family members in gambling but they all handled it well.
They know how to quit and some of them only tried it once and stop since they know that they have responsibilities and they need the money on something more important.

Same here, I have friends which I have played for the long run and I don't experienced any regret for inviting them to play since we only play together and we limit ourselves of how much money we will play.
It is really depends on their action if they will limit their game or will be addicted to it. It is every player's responsibility to stop if they get addicted and not the onr who bring teach them how to play.

I have never done this because I am not addicted myself,if I were I would surely have lured many friends in gambling as when you are addicted you don’t think much you just want to gamble and you don’t think thoroughly what might happen to this friend I just showed gambling. That is a really bad thing to happen someone but no I never did it.

The irony is that I bite the bait. Not totally a bait though but somehow he introduced me to gambling world. Well, I am now free from such addiction and I don't wanna lure out people in gambling stuff 'cause I might get guilty too. Though if they knew how to play by means of having no me at all then the fault is on their end and I might be able to feel relief with that.

You took your friend to the gambling once and did not advice him to go there on regular basis. If he had become addicted to gambling, that is none of your fault. He might still be introduced to gambling by someone else and become addicted. The only thing which you could have told him to tell him the side effects of gambling in case he intent to come to casino often.

This sounds a bit unethical to me.

If you refer to affiliate marketing then the person to person exchange of information is more liable to end up with a bad relationship. You dont want to ruin a friendship by making that person an addict. Rather you can take advantage if you know how to promote the casino but no directly make the person sign up. Thats how advertising companies work - they hit the psychology of the viewers to make them buy their product even though they dont need it.

But if you taking your friend to a casino then you are even if not directly, still responsible for your actions. Any harm that may happen will bother you throughout your lifetime and you dont want that.

I have never lured my friends to play gambling and I will do the gambling myself, I know that gambling is banned in my area so I have never brought them to the gambling table.
because I think gambling is not a good thing it's just luck, so in my opinion not because of the hard work to succeed in gambling.

If it’s banned than I do not think telling itself is a good idea even beacuse their is a chance that under law you and your friends may get caught and end up in a trouble land . And if it is legal than just tell them the consequences as well of what could be worst.

How about have you lured someone to gambling and what will you do if you did?

I never lured someone to gambling because I know that not all of my friends can hold their emotions. If I invited the wrong person to gambling games, he would play gambling every day, and he will become addicted to gambling. I don't want to see my friends become addicted because I will feel bad and will regret what I did to him/her.

I know the consequences of playing gambling, and I don't want to be someone who will be blamed because of his/her addicting. But if by coincidence I invite my friend to play gambling and he becomes addicted, then I will do my best to help him/her to get out of gambling. I will use every way to make sure he can stop playing gambling forever.

How about have you lured someone to gambling and what will you do if you did?
