I was sceptical at first due to it being in South Korean with dubbed over English but you know what, I thought it was brilliant. I watched all episodes in 3 days, such a great show.

Great twist at the end, I did not see that coming (I won’t spoil it).

From a guy who doesn’t enjoy watching series, this is a must watch. I hope the 2nd series isn’t too long away from being made.

You should, even if you're not a fan of TV entertainment.A monstrously popular show, Squid Game tells the story of hundreds of cash-strapped players who accepted a strange invitation to compete in children's games, with deadly high stakes.

It's not for kids though, the show is recommended for ages 15 and above.

While there are a lot of lessons to be learned from Squid Game, the one which stood out for me had to do with how the choices we make today affect our future.

And it affects all aspect of our lives.

Have you ever wanted to improve your health by hitting the gym, and yet you procrastinate?

Or you desire to change your career to a more fulfilling one, but you're waiting for the right time to do so, a time that may never come?

Or maybe you've always wanted to study abroad, but you just haven't taken the first step?

What Squid Game teaches you is, that the best time to actualise the future of your dreams is now.

Not tomorrow, not next week, not next year, NOW.

When an opportunity comes your way, seize it.
