I have just heard and seen some pictures of them. Never seen any in my life till now. So, using it is far far away from me.
There's a few already in Chicago. I've used 2 and their interest rates are 10%, so I don't recommend them. Only as a last resort. Cash out directly from a bank account is the best way in my opinion

No, not yet. I think Bitcoin ATM is still too fancy now. I think most of the people will try to buy bitcoin in exchanges because the price can change very fast, you have control when to buy.
