Before Kuda, OPay, Palmpay are known, you will still notice gradual improvement in commercial banks. I can remember vividly in 2014, that all failed ATM transactions on my card were all reversed, unlike some years before that you have to go to bank and complain to customer care. Although, there might still be failed ATM transactions but it reduced.

The failed transactions that was common around that time were online ones made on devices and which is still a problem today. It was common during the naira scarcity. Sometimes, the payment might be successful, but no notification. It depends on the bank that you are using. I do not have the problem with the bank that I use.

And with all these wallets present now they are in serious competition with our commercial banks and the majority of them don't even have customers like before because if you look at all these wallets give better offers than our commercial banks. they give free transfers and have limited charges compared to our commercial banks. and truely that our banks have improved because you will always have one or two issues with the bank but this day's people hardly go to the bank their network is better. and during festive seasons network used to be worse because of transactions but thank God it was fair enough last year.

during the naira scarcity, people were even switching from banks to using opay and others because of their lightning network as you send the money going with delay compared to our banks but good for them that they have improved and even introduced other means of doing transactions than just using mobile apps and the ussd code.

E no go shock me if we later find out say na some of these banks dey behind these successful MFBs wey dey make us happily fit conclude any transaction in a sec or less than a minute.
Although the improvement dey noticeable, the koko still be about the kind charges from the regular traditional banks and that na one why wey these MFBs dey successful.

One truth finally be say, these MFBs no get level reach normal banks because e get where you go login or visit and na only regular banks dem go get option for or recognize.

I didn't notice any improvement for any day today i went to buy something and i made transfer from my Opay app to another commercial bank (UBA) it took us about 30 minute for the cash to reflect whereby if you send from any other banks to Opay or kuda and monie point it doesn't take time to confirm so tell me where you think the improvement is coming from?
I will always want to encourage every businessmen/women to start using the digital banks, its faster and easier to used than our regular banks, maybe when you receive payment you can instantly send them out to your main bank account if you don't have trust to leave your funds in those online banking.

No be every bank done sit up but many of them done improve, and on a norms most times you when dey use MTN sim_card fit no get MTN network for your phone but person way they use other SIM card go get just because of say all the sims no be the say and nah so e dey for this our bank networks too, many timed them dey get but nah only some timed them mo dey get.
So watin the OP done observe nah true, just like em already ask say

Before before, I no dey give vendors my bank account number for them to pay put but now when this network done dey stable I dey freely give out my bank account for them to credit am.

That's true my brother, maybe they felt too relax and moreover the complaint from Nigerians about poor service pave way for this wonderful innovation by Finn tech and ever since the commercial bank have definitely seen the tole of the reduction in Nigerians using their service and when their is competition their is always room for upgrade and improvement and that's what they certainly been doing this past years.

To tell you the truth my guy, I no really get bank time again since opay dy give me all i want, initially I don dy expect this kind services from our bank since but dem just dy there dy play, na now dem wan serious, now wey e don dy late, micro finance bank don collect their customers including me.
If no be my salary account wey connect me and dem, I for no get any connections with them by now.
Opay , palm pay and moniepoint don really show us wetin be banking.

Good morning my fellow Nigerian citizens.
I no really know wether una done follow observe this things way me I won talk like this, the thing no really dey serious oh, but na improvement for our banks network.
This past months when people done dey make use of some popular microfinance bank like OPAY, PALMPAY, KUDA, PAGA and many other.
Some costumers done run from their bank go dey use some of these microfinance banks and the matter be say this banks them done lose their costumers because of their network wahalas (although pipo still gets dey very careful when dealing with some of those MFBs) just picture back these days when bank network dey frustrate pipo to the extent wey be say some times 5 days your transaction fit never confirm and you go go bank up to 3 time a week just to make sure say them verify your transactions for you.
But now wen e be say people done dey use microfinance banks, most of this banks networks done dey very strong and if you do any online transaction, now now now e go confirm (maybe like 5 minutes time).
I no really know wether you self done follow observe this things or the bank wey you dey use, network still dey worry like before?
