As all exchanges, its "code" the one above it's in php.
ASP.net one for serious investors due to security ( 5 btc min ) .
Regarding section since it's a service too, ( exchange customization) both sections apply.
It appears you don't understand the question asked by @ felicita, the user is asking if you are the original creator of the exchange script or you bought it from someone but it is clear that you can modify the code.
The answer is needed in order to know if the exchange script have any back door or not.
Answering the question, there is not a deliberate flaw in the code, not on the PHP one neither on the ASP.net which is used by major exchanges.
