Can you answer publicly to these questions? I mean no more private messages with "we are working on that"...

1) WHEN are you going to unite your assets from all those exchanges into one?
2) WHAT is your income - I mean what are the money you are paying dividends on havelock from?
3) WHY you pay dividends only on havelock and nowhere else?
4) HOW long are you going to pretend that you are real business?

Exactly! So +1. Guys, whatever you doing, stop doing that and narrow these exchanges problems. Make it a priority and solve that asap, or you will be considered as another scam.

I have to err on the side of scam for everything here these days. I don't trust anything if it shows up here. Doesn't matter what. I will assume they are all losers.

Now, here's some red flags from my (horrible) experience...
1) can't find an exchange or stay with one.
2) multiple IPO (you wouldn't see that in the legit sphere. Ever)
3) "just give me 2 weeks 20 minutes"

Yup. This ones a classic

These securities are funded by those that hope to get something more for not much, not sure if this is one of them. Do you due diligence.

It is a start up, and we are doing a lot with limited resources.  Have you already submitted your NXT address?  The site is getting closer to being done, and the main focus is that....sorry about that.  I'll see what I can do about the NXT shares.

The IPO issue was due to Havelock not accounting shares properly.  I'm not sure exactly what happened, but we needed to stop trading to sort it all out.  I'll have a look at your NXT info.   PM me or PM the Facebook page.

I know you've heard this a million times, just as I have,  in the crypto equity world, but hang tight.  Things are coming together.  I used to hate to hear that from people like Slaughter over at Activemining, CryptoTrade, Bitsy, Bitfunder etc.  That is why I took an active role on the inside of this project basically for free.  It will be a great platform, like no other in the crypto space.

Another IPO? Well, I don't like it more and more. It's opened for another 500000 units, there are already 227090 units on havelock and another 3M at NXT asset exchange. What happen with those assets in asset issuer acccount? Will there be third IPO? Sorry about that, but it looks like another havelock's typical ponzi "asset". With this new IPO you just denied investors to sell their assets after the price fall. What is the final number of assets? What will be the convert rate between nxt/havelock? First ipo price? Second ipo price? Actual price? Price after fail? What about dividends, which were not paid at nxt?

Regarding asset transfer from nxt - there are 9 (yes, ONLY NINE) shareholders, transfer of those should take no more than half an hour, so stop telling me that there is no time for that because of update of website. Or does this mean this is just one man show?

Don't take me wrong, but I'm just sick of all those scammy "crypto assets" and all this just looks suspicious to me!!

I hear you.  Sorry about that.  I think once the site is launched then these things will be taken care of. JMO.  As a long time Barter investor, and helping out Barter now, I have never been disappointed. Thanks for your patience, as we are going full boar on the site development.

Thanks; if they say "look, we are busy right now, will look into that next week" I'll be okay with that, but things like "gimme 20 minutes" many times and then nothing just sucks!

I help with te FB page, but have been bust as heck lately.  I don't know much about the share transfers, but I'll let them know, and respond via the FB page.

Hello,
Is there anybody in there?
Just nod if you can hear me.
Is there anyone at home?

So any news about transfer assets from NXT AE to Havelock? I've been (since July 24th) talking with someone from Barter OCF on Facebook, but it ended like:
"...sorry had a meeting with the development team..."
"...will be transferred in by tomorrow they were doing an update and we had some limited features disabled..."
"...Give me like 25 min trying to access Nxt from another computer..."
"...We hung up at processed block 115000..."

And since that nothing - not a single reply, no transfer, nothing. Can you tell me when are you going to transfer those assets? And I don't want to hear something like "within 20 minutes", "tomorrow" etc. I would like to hear WHEN REALLY IT WILL BE TRANSFERED!!

The site is being developed right now.  It will be sayfunded.com.  It should be ready in a little more than a month or so.  We are taking our time to make sure that simplicity in the UX, and ease of use will make the site attractive to use.  Due to the unique nature of the site we want to hit the ground running, and make as few changes as we think are needed, once the site is launched.  The interest level is higher than I even thought, and excites me to see the market already there for the site.....just ask any Greek person after the last couple months Smiley.

Sup, I have two questions:

  * is this official barter thread?
barter asset moved quickly from crypto-trade to NXT AE, created thread @ nxtforum and not communicating nowadays. At havelock BTR asset looks like classic havelock scam asset scheme, they even don't give a fu* while contacting them over email.

  * are you somehow connected to crypto-trade?
you have CT link in your footer - what do you have in common with those scammers?

Hey sorry for the delay.  This thread will be the quasi official thread, but I like to do updates on the FB page as it has exposure to people outside of the crypto world.  I actually started working with the owner of Barter when C-T went down as we were transferring shares to the other platforms that shutdown.  Havelock has been around a while, and that is the best place to list our shares for now as Havelock has been stable.  I don't come on to Bitcointalk much anymore so that is why I haven't removed the C-T banner.  I just owned a few shares in C-T and liked the exchange....we all see how that worked out.

If you have any questions shoot a question to the facebook page, or my twitter @bitcoinmillion1.  I'd glad to answer anything for anyone.  I know how shady the crypto investing world can be as I personally lost a few dollars on these exchanges.  Check my history...I want to try to do my small part to clean up this space, and provide clear information.

FB page

Our business is to provide an alternative crowd funding platform for start-ups. Unlike present crowd funding platforms, our concept eradicates the need to only invest money to provide funding to start-ups. Instead we allow users to fund start-up companies, using digital or crypto currencies like Bitcoins goods and services or traditional cash funding. Further, service providers looking for earning equity in start-ups can list their services and trade it with firms that need them. This in principle is prevalent today, except for the fact that no exchange is done for equity. In fact, the only means to exchange services is traditional cash

Our Mission

Barter's mission is to create a product that helps Start ups reach their financial goals. We designed our own quality program in-house. Investors and our clients who serve them are at the core of the program and inspire everything we do. Keeping their needs in focus, we constantly measure, build, own, and sustain the highest level of excellence in our products and services.

““Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hard to keep things simple.”

— Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group
Key STRATEGY

Investors First  Putting investors’ interests above all else is the foundation of our company. We believe that our strength comes largely from the faith that investors have in us. Whether we’re reaching investors directly or through advisers and institutions, our ultimate goal is to help the individual investor.

Great Products  We don’t settle for good. By excelling in research, design, and technology, we strive to create industry-defining products that delight our clients and eclipse the competition. Our products must be insightful, innovative, beautiful, and useful, and the service we provide should be as great as the products we create.

Entrepreneurial Spirit  We believe that companies should grow, but never grow old. Our entrepreneurial roots continue to inspire and guide us as our business expands and matures. We value independent thinking, nimble decision-making, and creative, unconventional solutions.

Financial Success  We believe that when we pursue our mission of creating great products that help investors, financial success will follow. This allows us to reinvest in our business, build long-term shareholder value, and further our work of helping investors.
