I got a problem with Bittrex and I wanted to share this with you, to help me and maybe help other members having this kind of issue.
On 19th June some orders have been sent at around 1am. Selling my alt coins and buying bitcoin instead. The problem is that I never sent these orders, I have now a loss of around 0,7 btc. I checked the login history and made several printscreens. The first login happened at around 11am, so nobody entered my account, no withdrawal request, my password is still the same. Everything is normal except that my wallet value turned from 0,79btc to 0,09btc in less than 2 hours with these trades I didn't make!
API is OFF, two factor authentication OFF too…
My account is not hacked, but now I have a loss of around 2,000USD and I contacted the support to recover them. What do you think of that?
