Having problem with ETH transaction. Need help! (SOLVED)

Hello everyone.

I'm having a problem with my ETH transaction. I withdrew ETH from Bibox to my wallet, withdrawal status was success, I also can get txid for my withdrawal but I can't check it on etherscan cause it's unvailable. I asked customer service on bibox exchange and they said that my transaction wasn't accepted by block yet.

This problem hasn't solved for more than 24 hours.

Can anyone help me out of this problem?
