Having problems sending with blockchain DeFi wallet

Well yes i was thinking to sell
But now i’m stuck can’t even exchange on blockchain wallet
i even contacted blockchain support
They asked me to screenshot the problem and
Then they asked me to take consol screen shot and they escalated the problem
But i don’t know if they gonna solve it or how long it will take

I looked up trustwallet They offer recovery from private keys or recovery pharas
But the recovery pharas attached to my whole blockchain account not only xlm

I looked them up on trustpilot also alot of people complain about their service

I’m afraid to use the private key result in another problem
I’m trying to understand the problem and best solution for it

The blockchain mobile wallet also doesn’t let me send
There is only deposit button not send button
The balance not showing on my xlm address on mobile version
Seems like not sync
It only show on the web version
I tried also to send small xlm amount to blockchain wallet
the issue still remains

Yes i have the back up but afraid to use it with other network and
Miss things up
I’m trying to understand what is going on before making a wrong move

I haven’t logged in for awhile and keeping my xlm
On blockchain
Now when I log in I’m unable to send or do anything with my assets

saving few xlm and Trying to send
Every time trying to send my xlm and after click preview send
Message appears
Something went wrong …malformed request please check input format and try again

And now i’m stuck can’t use my assets anyway
