i mean can i check to see what addresses they've been sent to for each on, when i open each transaction detail just so i know exactly where its been sent as i might have sent some of them to address that doesn't exist or another address that i use?
that way ill know for sure if theyve been sent to arbi or somewhere else, if so how do i check the destination address for each transaction by opening the details, is it in the has id if i open it up?
Like HCP said, select the transaction, tap "Show Details" and see.

The "Outputs" are the addresses the coins were sent to.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly? Huh

In mycelium, you should be able to select any transaction on the "transactions" tab... Then tap "show details" and see all the details like addresses, amounts and dates etc...

Ok, I converted all of those into clickable URLs... as you can see... only the first listed transaction ID is not found on the explorer... but I think that is just because you've missed a character as the TXID is only 63 chars long and it should be 64.

All the others are valid transactions that have been confirmed... so the transactions have been sent and confirmed and are now recorded on the blockchain.

It is quite possible that the issues you have been seeing were related to the issues that Mycelium have had with their backend servers. Some users were "losing" all their transaction history and seeing balance of 0 BTC etc... unless they refreshed the wallet a couple of times. This was supposedly fixed in the newer versions.

Anyway, if you are 100% sure that you have sent the coins to the correct deposit address(es) on Arbistar (which you can check by looking at these transactions and confirming the amounts and addresses)... then the only people who can help are Arbistar... the transactions are 100% confirmed, so if the addresses were correct, Arbistar have your coins.

So, either their system is broken and they need to credit your account... or it's a scam.

NOTE: to upload images, you need to be a junior member I think, or buy a copper membership... your best option is to upload to an image hosting site like imgur etc and then paste the URL to your hosted image.

.... and it refreshed the transaction and they now say confirmed in block...
If it says "Confirmed" and has a block number... then chances are good that the transaction has been included in the blockchain successfully.

This would then mean one of two things:

1. You sent it to the wrong address
2. Arbistar has not credited your account properly for whatever reason

If you can post your TransactionID(s) here, it will make it easier for us to assist, specifically, it will enable us to determine whether or not the transactions actually have confirmed, and if confirmed, exactly which addresses coins were sent to.

There is no way to reverse them back once you sent it to the address you can't do a chargeback unlike PayPal that you can reverse the transaction.

Are you sure that your transaction is confirmed?

I would like to add this list from the post above.

- You might have a transaction which is still pending or unconfirmed (So it's a good idea if you can post the TXID here)
- You might be scammed by arbistar(Trading BOT)

What I noticed that from Arbistar the trading bot is the same as a free version of gekko trading bot which is well known free open source trading bot.
If you want a trading BOT you can use gekko for free check this https://gekko.wizb.it/

Would you mind sharing your txid here?

So, you send the btc from coinbase to mycelium then to the cloud mining site?
If the transaction(s) are/is confirmed, then it should be reflected to your account, now, you said it doesn't reflect to your arbistar account, so you're issue here is not a problem with using the mycelium app. Its either,
  • you send your funds to a wrong address
  • your funds we're scam by this cloud mining (I'm referring to cloud bitcoin you said) you're talking, since I'm sceptical to this cloud mining services this day,

Instead of contacting support of mycelium which I think they don't have, you have to question the arbistar support since the transactions are confirmed and it should reflect their already.

im having serious problems with mycelium app, as ive sent several transactions in the last 3 weeks or more and im using a cloud bitcoin site called arbistar, and ive sent several transaction to mycelium from my coinbase and then to arbistar, using my address in arbistar like 3 weeks ago and i haven't received them as my balance in my arbistar account is the same and hasn't been updated and i would have had 1k in there by now, as i sent like 1200 but in btc.

ive tried contacting the support on the site, but no reply since the first one which was like a week ago, asking me to send the id for each transaction and have but no reply and ive sent them, a few emails to catch up on this.

i couldn't attach the images as it wouldn't let and i dont know how link a image, from my pc but for each transaction it first said confirmed yes, but when i click on the details for each one, but i didn't know what the reload the account is and tried using this and it refreshed the transaction and they now say confirmed in block, when i open each transaction but it said confirmed no when i open each one before.

and ive checked carefully on all the other platforms i use, to see if ive sen them to there from the app and checked to see if it was address from the mycelium app or if the amount sent was the same, as the one in the app but nothing and i only use binance, coinbase, have only just used bitpay in the last 2 weeks and mycelium just this month.

and i need the money as its a lot and its just sitting in there, so can you even reverse these even if it mean paying a higher fee, as theres got to be a way of sorting this, as they're just sitting in there. Also what does it mean when it says confirmed, as when i opened each details of the transaction they said confirmed no, and what does it mean by confirmed in block, could this be anyway of retrieving it from the block?

if someone could please just fire suggestion at me, of anything that could help??
