One bitcoin to rule them all!
I think it sounds like a HW problem.

Try removing all the GPU's and only use the internal display-port, to see if it seems nice and stable. Then do one and one card. If it works, then let it run for some time to check stability before adding the second one etc.

You may also want to check out voltage settings etc. Not to mention that the PSU will have that 1000W split into 2 or more circuits. You might have to switch around the connectors.

I have tried linux, windows xp and 7. Linux actually booted into but cant get the AMD drivers to work.

I've got 4X 7850 powered with 1000 watt OCZ

I got this thing to work right once, cranked out 1300 M/Hash, at 500 watts pulled from wall. Crashed and wouldnt stop crashing (on a HDD). Im 100% sure its software, or the HDD.

I dont want to buy HDD I just want to use a USB. I have tried guides unebooting rufus ETC.

BAMT and linuxcoin also dont work. They are old so I didnt expect them to work.
