KnCMiner offers preorders of the Neptune currently only to past members. You can not just register today to pay for a Neptune preorder. Sadly I have 0 of the funds needed to purchase a Neptune plus I tend to stay away from preorders. I'm auctioning my account off to anyone that is trying to preorder a Neptune but can't due to not having an account in the pass. I will do the transaction in full escrow if wanted, that is totally up to you but all fees are paid by you. I currently have one person interested that has contacted me via pm so if that goes through I do reserve to right to cancel.
