Guys it's a legit project. I think their large group is from an airdrop they did, but that number is still an accomplishment. Telegram raised the limit to 100k.

Their Telegram could be filled with bots and I am sure that there isn't 100,000 just ready to go to read on Havven's ICO. It's going to be a large scam in some years.. Anyone else? Their telegram group has like 100,000 members in it too
