If you're sitting a lot, swimming pool is a must. It's really good for your muscles, joints and spine
agree, I think already after first visit I ll feel much better. I'm not just sitting a lot, I'm sitting a lot in a wrong position also  Undecided

usually I walk the street in the morning around 5 am. I think it's capable of overcoming the problem you're suffering right now.
yeah, its very good, especially if u wake up that early, I think ill change ny schedule too in order to wake up at that time too.

Hi everyone. Guys these days I noticed I have more and more consistent back pain. What would u recommend? Maybe I should go to swimming pool? I heard its good for back especially if people have problems with spine. Otherwise I think I won't be able to spend btc cause ill retire earlier lol Grin
