What's the basis of this and what's link?

Well, while reading those benefits. I do sleep at night without lights and that's why it's favorable to me and that's why most of the time even if I don't sleep wholly, I'm still able to be satisfied with my sleep.

I think limiting artificial light as much as possible could be beneficial.  I'm talking mainly about artificial electric light. I sometimes feels it messes up with the smooth flow of unseen waves/energy around and inside the human body. It's important to be surrounded by nature, and natural light is good.
I wonder if article touches on covering the eyes with cloth, esp opaque/dark ones to recreate the feeling of sleeping in darkness, or does the  light affect the body when it touches the skin while  sleeping in lighted environment? Maybe those who are afraid of the dark or sleep in environment with light they can't turn off could just cover their eyes with cloth.

I bumped into this while I was surfing the Internet. It catches my interest as its labelled health benefit so I think it's worth sharing to my fellow forum members.
