Nowadays, people tends not to show much care in their diet. It is very important to watch out for the kind of food that you consume, it maybe be a healthy or an unhealthy one. Junks shouldn't be an option.

It's advisable to consume food of healthy diet, which may contain fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Lmit the intake of sugar, as it may increase your sugar level.
