A healthy life includes exercising regularly, watching your diet,
Doing things that will make you happy , taking enough fruits, drinking enough water, avoiding anything that will have a bad effect on ur body, keeping ur food clean, living in a clean environment, keeping ur private areas clean too , avoiding taking plenty starchy foods, avoid sugar and anything sweet,then don't be tired of exercising, always do it.

It's a question that we have to ask ourselves, is it all about eating good meals, have your normal bath, do some work-outs, etc. If yes, you got something missed out, how often do you go for medical check-ups to see how your body system works?

You have to imbibe the attitude of going to your doctor after a period of time for medical check up. It does really matters slot, our body needs it for a healthy life.

True but we have this mindset of only going to the doctor when we are sick but is actually bad , we should always have the habit of going to the hospital for check up e.t.c

For me, being healthy means staying healthy both from your body and mind. In terms of check ups, I get my teeth checked for at least once in 3 months at least. Honestly, I have a very simple lifestyle. I avoid junk food and work out regularly.

This is a very nice topic healthy life we need a lot on this aspect of life,first you need to take your meal at when due i.e. your breakfast,lunch and dinner,don't work an forget your meal is not good,secondly fruit is very important stop selling fruit that give you does nutrient needed by your body,also have enough rest,moderate exercise then drink much water to remove toxins most important thing take ligh food during your dinner to make u rest very well

Healthy living went beyond eating good meals, normal bath, workouts and medical check up. It also involves adequate sleep and rest(sleep is medicine, showing gratitude (love) and being happy. Most people find it difficult to visit a health practitioner for medical check up because the have this ideology that they are sound and that the result of the check up will make then tense and lure the to more thinking which is dangerous to health.
For one to be termed healthy you must be physical fit, mentally alert, emotionally stable, socially accepted, carry out daily activities and also have some reserved energy to do other things.
While doing all these always remember to smile always because it adds value to our lives. Lets embrace a healthy living

I have recently started taking up Yoga classes to help me with my breathing and my balance.  I mix it in with my meditation that I do in the morning before I go to work and I have a clear head throughout the day.

Its not until you are feeling discomfort in your body system before you started pursuing your doctor for check up, don't wait till you are down before visiting your doctor, to enhance an healthy living or life someone has to go for regular checkups time to time, eat balanced diet food, do daily workouts even if its not convenient, engage in healthy relationship, take natural supplements  and so on. This life is too short to live a careless and carefree life... Stay healthy stay safe

Healthy living to me means being conscious of what I put into my body and mind.  It’s not about perfection but being intentional with my choices. 
I still allow myself some guilty pleasures like fries once in a while but it’s a treat.

I try and eat right and exercise regularly. Different micro and macro nutrients serve different purposes in your body, it's good to know what different types of food are good for. Also drinking plenty of water each day. Do that with your annual physical and you should be good to go.

Medical checkup should do if it's done by a good doctor, otherwise you run the risk of wrong diagnosis.

I actually believe a healthy body should be effective and producing good fruits. How the human works should give us a clue. A body that makes too many mistakes, not articulate, behave abnormally,  have minor issues like headaches, stomach pains, and other symptoms should be enough sign of an unhealthy body.

It should be able to heal itself naturally and by living healthy lifestyle, if the issues are not that serious, otherwise a good healer should help.
You can also heal yourself by faith, whether small or big illness. Hospitals are for those who don't have much faith to be healed miraculously. And it's important to patronize good hospitals and doctors/healers.
