What is a healthy lifestyle for you? how to lead a healthy lifestyle? What advice can you give?
Healthy lifestyle in my opinion is to exercise regularly every morning.
Eat healthy food, schedule a meal, and not eat too much grease.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Go to the doctor every 6 months for routine tests

Healthy lifestyle for me is avoiding for any diseases because we know healthy body can fight any disease from the environment and food we eat. Diet is important eat more vegtables and fruits and avoid fast food because they have chemicals that can cause different diseases like cancer.

A healthy lifestyle is not always possible to lead , as it needs a lot of money and of course a lot of time to spend , but I have a lot of time work
You don't need a lot of money just to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle.

I've known people that has tight budget for food but they manage to live healthier and the wealthiest one(not all) aren't even healthy because they eat whatever they want. Just like me, when I was able to have enough financially, I'm eating whatever I want and that lead me to some health risk and now I'm starting to fight against it.

I recommend to see some doctor and also an instructor for you to get a proper healthy diet and also the work out that fits on you. I personally recommend reducing fast food intake. Hope this will help.
For living normal life there is no need to visit Doctors,we know what is good and bad just avoid bad and do more good things.Waking up early,eating less and healthy,working out and having enough sleep in the night to be considered as healthy life style.

I think that if you add to all this tranquility, go out from time to time to places that relax like beaches, saunas, thermal baths, it's very good, because mental and physical health have a lot to do, the brain needs get oxygenated in those ways, not only with vitamins, sports and good nutrition, the human being also needs these comforts, to eliminate the most important of all that is stress.
If you have good healthy body means your mind also is in good state,having relaxation too often is good too but we can't have it everyday in our life unless you no need to care about earning money for the rest of your life.

Start small and set goals which are easily obtainable. Something like making your bed every day will go a long way to help you obtain your next and bigger goals. Soon enough, you will have the motivation to set and achieve any goals or habits you would’ve never thought you could do.

The most important thing is to eat right. Not a fast food network. Need more vegetables and fruits in the diet.

Another important story is to sleep a lot. Otherwise there will be no use even if you eat healthy food and go in for sports. Based on my own experience...

its all about feeling happy, eating more raw and unprocessed food and being active! people often say that you have to go to the gym to be healthy. aint true! walk more, dance, play tennis or what ever, being healthy is a lifestyle, so you have to make long walks and healthy meals a part of your daily life

Healthy lifestyle- this is when you feel yourself healthy. I feel myself healthy always in very different ways. Sometimes to feel good I just need not to eat fatty food. Sometimes I need to do sport and also eat only healthy food. It all depends on your general condition of body and mind.For example, now to feel healthy I have to sleep more, but, unfortunately, I don't have such a possibility.

eating healthy foods like vegetables and some meat. Have a regular exercise do not smoke if you want to live longer because smoking kills a lot people and knowing that you cannot live older but die younger. And also do not drink liquor a lot , just drink moderately , experts says that drinking liquor in a moderate way is good for the body.

OHHHHH I think the most dangerous for me is bangee jumping! i have seen a lot of times how people do it but never tried myself! I don't feel scared but i don't want to die soo stupidly! it is adrenaline , of course, but it doesn't cost  life!!!!!!!! Roll Eyes Shocked Roll Eyes

LOVE EVERYTHING HEALTHY) nothing can be better for me than it)  :)always prefer to do sports, eat healthy and look at myself)  Tongue i try to avoid sugar and eat more fruits and poriges) DRINK ONLY WARM WATER, IT HELPS TO LOOSE WEIGHT!

A healthy lifestyle for me, is to drink water more than 8 glass a day, yeah, it is hard to do but if you will get the hang on it then you will surely make it and will get used to it. It will be hard at the first try, I suggest you buy a large drinking bottle and take it always with you so will not forget to drink water every day.

Healthy lifestyle, for me, is a balance among exercise, good food and disposition. One needs to have an active lifestyle, opposite from being sedentary. If your work entails a lot of sitting, then at the end of the day you should exercise. Good healthy food choices are also a must. Low cholesterol and low sugar diet are good.

When you think about healthy lifestyle you automatically associate it with eating healthy and fresh food and
excercising. But having a healthy life is much more than that, yes, of course you MUST eat healthy, stop eating
fast foods, stop eating so much sugar and low quality carbs. And of course you MUST excercise properly, trying
to achieve better aerobic and anaerobic capacity. But what not everyone takes in count is their own mental and
emotional health, do you imagine eating good but living full of anxiety because you feel someone has bretrayed you?
Or making excercises but can't stop smoking cigar or watching porn or any other detrimental addictions?
Or having depression because you feel regrets about bad decisions you've made in the past.
Those will destroy you also, and living with them is not healthy

I know someone personally who is leading the healthy life and not just eating, he also does exercise and it's with his family.
Everything that he has accomplished, is for his future self, that he is not going to regret, but having that lifestyle would mean
you would have to have money too. It's expensive to eat a lot of vegetables, leafy greens, everything that healthy people eat,
it's just a matter of discipline if you can manage it. I suggest starting right away so you won't regret it in the future.

Living a healthy lifestyle is holistic and not merely focused on the absent of illness. Being holistic means your approach does not stop on the physical aspect but also mentally and spiritually. Taking care of your body physically includes a balanced meal with healthy food choices, regular exercise, good sleep, hygiene etc. In the deeper aspect, you should also prioritize your mental and emotional health. You can do this by acknowledging your feelings and problems, talking to some trustworthy friends or family and deal with it with grace.

been happy is healthy life style.... it has a great effect on the health!! combination of that with sleep and exercise can help boost your general body immune system.. I once tried living of only fruits for a period not easy but you will notice a general improve in your body

The other thing is that in the modern world it is very hard to maintain it - so, speaking for myself, my lifestyle is 'periodically healthy'. Stress affects lifestyle a lot, but as we can`t get rid of it completely, we should find ways to cope with it - for me, it`s reading and doing sports.

Agree with that, but it is hard to follow that with modern lifestyle. You have to have discipline not to cut back on sleep with all the electronics and social media engineered to grab your attention.

Also food, it is most important to have regular stools, so taking much fiber (salads and fruit) in meals, as taking probiotics (fermented cheese, vinegar, fermented cabbage) is a must.

As for dealing with stress it is best to have regular exercise to deal with it, for men it is best to have weight workout, but simple 30 min walk every other day will do too.

I agree. Very much depends on the inner state of a person and on mental stability. Stress and anxiety are very harmful to our health. First you need to become healthy inside, and then you can think about the body.
