don't think too much negatively, just enjoy all circumstances, don't focus too much on something negative but focus on something positive, if something you like doesn't happen.. then be happy with what happened.

when the mind is disturbed, it tends to produce feelings of constant anxiety and that restlessness originates in the mind.

if mentally strong and calm, then tired no matter how heavy the physical will feel good. but if the mind is tired, the body will also be tired even though the body is not doing anything physically.

My advice, no matter how hard it is for you, keep thinking positively, and enjoy it. believe behind the difficulties there must be success. even though sometimes the test is very heavy, still take the good and throw away the bad.

This is what I have been attempting to focus on these past few months. It doesn't matter how large your wallet is, if you ignore mental health you will be doing yourself a lot of damage.

Getting off of the terminal has been the best way for me to relax. It is always good to step away.

For me personally, mental health depends solely on our sleep. Because if we don't sleep well. Then our physical state is badly affected. If the physical is badly affected. Then we feel bad mentally. That's why sleep for me is the most important thing! And I really like to sleep. Because I feel restored strength. I choose my own mattress, by the way. To be more comfortable to sleep

Yes, sleeping and sleeping good is important, but I think that keeping a good mental health goes beyond that only resting.
However, I respect your opinion and I am glad you can keep your mental health so easily by sleeping.

Mental health, it was something I used to take for granted.
Nowadays, it is something I (and others) need to keep. I suppose I'd say it is important to get enough sleep and have some company.

To keep my mental health in check I recommend working out regularly.
I alternate between a simple workout routine in the morning before work and more intense sessions at the gym after work.
I also practice yoga to increase my flexibility and I find it has a very positive effect on my moods and keeps me more relaxed.
Lastly, a few times a week I practice mindfulness meditation.
Meditation is the hardest for me to stay consistent with but I've noticed serious benefits when I stick with it.

Mental health is very important to keep in check as it ranks 3rd top health problem of 21st century youths and adolescents. it is very important at very stage of life from childhood to adulthood because it affects how we think, feel and act. Mental health takes account of our emotional, psychological and social well being and helps us to determine how we handle stress, relate with people and make healthy choices.
As bitcoin forum members we need to keep our mental in check because not meeting the forums necessary demand and targeted goals can lead to poor mental health such as depression which can lead to suicide or increase the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long-lasting conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
It is also necessary to bear in mind that one’s mental health can change over time, depending on factors surrounding such individual. When  demands placed on an individual exceed his or her coping ability, mental health could be impacted. For example, working on the forum for long hours creating posts and trying to grow, caring for a relative, or experiencing economic hardship etc  may trigger poor mental health.
