Bounty marketing, in my opinion, is neither a proper term nor one with any real meaning. The misconception is caused by a "bounty campaign," which is a marketing tactic. The issue of new cryptocurrency projects having a little budget is resolved by this tactic. They employ forum users to promote the project by donning their signature, posting advertisements on social media, writing blog posts, and making YouTube videos. In exchange for their work, they are given toke

Your question has been answered from the responses above my suggestion, but in addition, bounty management is about advertising a new project which can be ( token) and nobody is aware of, but have to be known through advertisement of bounty, which can be in the market in subsequent time or future time through it's advert and the potentiality of it's project.

I don't think "bounty marketing" is a correct term or even have a meaningful sense! There is "bounty campaign" which is a marketing strategy, hence the confusion.
This strategy solves the problem of a limited budget for new crypto projects. They hire forum members who will promote the project by wearing their signature, advertising on social media, writing blog articles, creating youtube videos... then they will receive some tokens as a reward for the job they have done.

its just a marketing that instead of using many professionals and maybe even having advertisement through some big platform like google ads, etc. you are instead advertising through the masses that in turn could also gives tremendous growth in your community.
you will retain most of the bounty hunters as one of your community instead of just cutting ties like the ones that usually become the case if you are using the services of advertisiment by big companies like google ads etc I guess.
its just overall marketing through giving appropiate rewards for the masses in order for increasing your projects’s overall fame.

Probably one of the most short-term sighted and unsustainable marketing strategies available for cryptocurrency projects. I see a project/platform getting spammed around on social media? 99.9% of the time I get annoyed instead of getting interested.

Bounty marketing is a particular way of marketing a certain product or a project or a site in exchange of a certain amount of bounty.

How is the marketing done? It will be up to you. There are various options or tasks such as tweeting or retweeting on Twitter, posting or reposting on Facebook, and other other social media activities on different platforms. It could also include translating marketing materials or websites or whitepaper or whatever to different languages. It also includes content creation, whether the content is a video or an article. Here on the forum, there is marketing through a signature. There are more options.

What's the bounty? The bounty is normally in the form of crypto. It is a certain allocation to be rewarded after days, weeks, or months of performing different tasks. Normally, bounties are tokens of new crypto projects, tokens which are yet to be listed on exchanges. However, there are cases when bounties are paid in listed coins or tokens.

Bounty Marketing and Bounty Campaign are the same thing. You can participate in those campaign by visiting this board. Basically a new project hires individuals to market it's project through various social media channels and also within the forum for which they pay you their native tokens. Go through that board to know more.

What is bounty marketing? can someone tell me?

It's like a giveaway with tasks in social media promotion for a period of time in form of campaign. Many of those campaigns use this forum to hire participants with social media accounts. Take a look at this board : Bounties
Rewards are in the form of tokens for the project to be marketed. Most of these campaigns offer tokens that have not yet been released on the trading platforms or that do not have sufficient trading volume. While very few of those campaigns pay the subscribers using a known currency or the project currency has already reached the market.

Terms could be confusing at times, even when you've always known what it was or is all about, just a slight twist of the original and your left to wonder if it meant something different. Anyway, I almost thought of it to mean something new and after going through the few comments as we have it here, it's just the same old bounty.

Bounties or bounty marketing is a form of publicity campaign that exists on the forum, its also done off the forum where, start up projects source for participants to carry news of them projects and create awareness in a bid to attract investors. In doing this, these investors are given some of these tokens as rewards for task completed.

The only disadvantage is, most of these projects often turns out to be a pump and dump or scam projects and as such, the practice isn't very encouraged as one could end up with tokens without any real value.

Its basically a form of adversetisement or marketing which involve social activity that rewards you with their project tokens. Basically you are gonna earn part of their token ecosystem. Its also sometime in the form of stablecoins or some valuable coin such as btc, eth and any other which depends of course on their end which type of payment suitable for them.

Usually launch by some new projects which has no enough money for large marketing campaigns to attract investors, they offering participants to paid by tokens after bounty ended but the problem with this is you have no assurance that you can exchange this token into money or other currency like bitcoin since most projects are scam or did not meet the funding target after bounty.

This is a topic to share about those programs. It's basically like an airdrop with social tasks, but will be added with other tasks like translation, content, video, signature,... of course it is. It brings you real money. But over time, I think you should experience it for yourself, as it is also not an attractive job for those who lack patience and time to learn. But if you are a newbie with the intention of sticking with the market for a long time, it is a pretty suitable choice to approach many different things.
