Escrow PayPal except trusted source is too dangerous. In fact this user is new, obviously we can say that his intention was to scam. There is chance to dispute up to 6 month as well(AFAIK). However his negetive feedback nothing for you because he isn't trusted. No one can force for escrow anyone.

Paypal is so bad, I don't understand why people still use it I had only horrible experiences with it, hell even Skrill is bad but to chargeback there you need to actually call them and explain in details, paypal can chargeback up to 180 days after a transaction with visas...

Hector9 tried to get me to help him scam users with PayPal trades by providing useless escrow services. When I refused and asked him to stop messaging me, he continued. I then blocked him, so he left me negative trust to try and bully me into helping him scam (since removed and replaced with a new one so I took a screenshot this time). Now he’s making up some story about thinking I wasn’t a trustworthy escrow... Then why be so insistent upon me providing escrow if that’s the case?

He has provided a screenshot of my reply above in another thread.  Apparently my response makes me a "Very disgusting person."  For those who don't want to click the link, it was this:

I won’t escrow PayPal. It provides no protection. Good luck. Don’t reply back explaining how you won’t charge back. I don’t care.
