Almost a month now but op didnt answer any queries or comments into this thread and he was last online Oct 1 and never came back.

All you have said could be questioned because anybody can say it all. So, what do you have to show for your experience? Show sample of your team’s work. Especially recent ones. And you can try to be specific on the kinds of payments method you accept. There are so many out there.

This is what most people do keep on saying on here.No proof of work or solid portfolio would lead to nowhere.

35/hr is too much. I can get much better prices on freelancer or upwork.

What make u so special?

Actually its just really on minimal if we do talk about Wed development area: https://www.codementor.io/freelance-rates/web-developers

I would just like to ask on OP that he should at least put up some previous works or portfolio so that clients or the public would able to see
his past works and might got interested to hire him.

With your 10 years of experience, I assume that you have a good profile in upwork or in other freelancing platforms. Mind sharing your profile here? Though usually, some web developers prefer to be paid in a one-time payment and not per hour as they can finish the project early than expected especially if they have a team, which is actually preferred by clients.

Someone with a decade of experience will accept all types of payment? That is so absurd.

Hourly rates is not always in the best interest of any project owner, it often lead to misunderstanding. You are charging $35 per hour, can you accept fixed rate? Escrow from the 2 of us is mandatory, you will pick your money back when you complete my job this is because I had experienced some time wasters that call off job after 60 days of my waiting.

I do not expect that someone with more than 10 years of experience with more than one operating system to search for a job in the forum without proving projects he worked on or developed.
Also, it is difficult to trust an anonymous developer to create a reliable site, because many details need to be reviewed.
What is escrow? Technical support after the process is complete? Future updates?

All payment methods are accepted.
I won't buy your service but as you've mentioned about all kinds of payments to be accepted. Does this mean that you're also going to accept some altcoins that will be offered to you? I think you need to be more specific if that's the case.

I like to inform that bitcoin paying services like yours are posted in Services.

But since you've mentioned 'all' meaning to include altcoins then it should go to Marketplace (Altcoins).
