Quite difficult to make out what you mean, but I’ve interpreted it another way. You have currently got a yellow flag and negative feedback for "Thesaurum - Plagiarized Whitepaper http://archive.fo/60EgL". That does not restrict your account from reading nor posting, but has strong effects on credibility, which is where I guess you are aiming at here. If you want to address those two (related) things, the negative feedback and the yellow flag, you will need to:
a) Convince @tvplus006 that he not right, by providing solid counter arguments. How you do that is up to you, but since there is a Scam accusation in place (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/thesaurum-plagiarized-whitepaper-5210382), that would be the ideal place.
b) Related, and probably to tackle at the same time as the above, you need to provide the reasons for the Yellow Flag to be removed. Here you have six people to convince, and the above Scam Accusation thread is likely the best place to address this. Alternatively, although highly unlikely, find an equivalent number/weight of people that oppose the flag (so far not even you are opposing it).
