I am all new to this sending business but I would like to start it very seriously.
I have 7.2 BTC invested untill the btc price will go up.
For the moment I would like to start lending it so I can help others while I also earn a bit.
I know there are some rules as collaterals and more.
Can someone guide me through it ?

Thank you.

No rules just make sure you are secure enough while you give anyone a loan, either by taking his collateral or at least he risks his reputation which is worth more than what he might scam.
You have to also becareful as to whether the account holder actually cares if his account is hurt by not paying the loan back.  If someone is desperate to sell their account, they could sell it cheap and a scammer may pick it up thinking they are going to use the good account history for a loan and then default.  So alway look at the posts and history.  If you see anything that just does not seem right, say now.  Always better to be safe than out your BTC.  I seen you have another thread stating the same.  You might want to lock one of them and just use the other, for there is no need for two on the same forum heading.

You can just try to lend on Poloniex or Bitfinex to margin traders. From my private experience I can say that it could give you very good results, especially, when BTC price is rising. I do not recommend you to use bots, as you will pay more commissions and lending rates are chiefly lower. Secondly, I do not recommend you to lend your BTC via P2P platforms as people there are mostly unbanked ones and it is a high probability that you will not get back your investments. If you want some good advice, you can PM me.

Just remember to use trusted escrow for holding the collateral's, because i do not think that you have enough trust score to hold them.
Then always remember to verify the loan via staked addresses, so you can make sure that the accounts you are dealing with are not stolen.
Also remember to read the previous posts by users, and finally do not take things like steam accounts as collateral.

Read the stickies mate. It's a perfect guide on how you can strt a lending business with less risk. Read this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edu-the-rule-of-no-collateral-no-loan-ignore-at-your-own-risk-577765
It has a list of which and what are the stuffs that can be avcepted as a valid collateral and may help you to recover a defaulted loan.

First of all, you need to increase you rank because if you are a newbie, you will be limited in many ways. For example, you can only send 5 message in one hour. Higher activities will make communication easily
For the collateral, most of people here will select their bitcointalk accounts as a type of collateral. But beware, all way check the account first before accept it. Remember, only use collateral which is worth 120% of a loans
