Happy New year 🤗
~snip~

Pretty bad, According to your logs, one of your hashboard shows dead ASIC maybe there's burnt parts under that hashboard. You will need a technician to repair it or replace it with the new hashboard.
Next time, always check the position of your fans when disassembly, like taking a photo first before disassembling the unit so that you have an idea or reference for the right position of your fans when disconnecting it from the board.

Can you look for the 3rd hashboard physically? You should be able to see the burnt parts, like the capacitor. This is usually the culprit for shorted trails. If it's just a ceramic capacitor, then just remove it, and the hashboard will work fine.

For deep repair guide you can follow how to repair hashboard from this link below.

'The right to privacy matters'
you killed off a board. it is slain.  this was likely due to overheating the unit.

bitmain firmware will not let you run only two boards.

you will need to find a firmware that runs two boards.

maybe brains runs the s19k pro with two boards

maybe epic controller will do the trick not sure.

Wow man I have the same problem with the same model for a week. I accidentally reversed direction of the fan after finishing cleaning and it overheated and now won’t mine again, hashboards stats says “no data yet! data is currently unavailable”
And this is the miner log

Happy New year 🤗
It should simple solution Simply return it to its original position, as described above.
It should on the right position unit will overheat because the heat was not exhausted.
Let us hope that the hash board was not damaged as a result of this.

If it still do not work then check the kernel logs and post it here make sure to paste them inside the insert code tag the button is a # above when editing the post and let us analyze the logs.

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
So i by mistake reversed the direction of the exhaust fans and after that the miner is not hashing it inititializes then simply doesnt start hashing and doesnt display the real time hashrate or the theoretical hashrate
If you have turned around the fan, screw it back on, and it is blowing in the right direction everything should be fine if the miners are working perfectly before.
Do you just get the miner?
Which pool do you use? Have you switched to other pools listed here https://miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin
Have you restarted the miner and checked the connections ( are you sure all cables for data connection and power are intact)?
