I think the best place to look to if you are seeking advice from a legal perspective is a law firm or lawyer. I am pretty sure you can easily get those from your locality at a fee (consultation fee). That is much better than loosing money to online scammers who are so many and may not even be based in the US to know what is right or wrong.

I am a long-time lurker and a first-time poster. I have an honest question I have not been able to clarify well. I am in my jurisdiction of New York, and I would like to set up a Binance.us account. While remaining law-compliant. Is there any way I can set up a separate legal entity in a state that accepts sign-ups under a newly formed LLC? If anyone has experience with this, please let me know. I'd greatly appreciate it. If you don't have expertise, then if anyone knows of companies who do this for a fee, I would also enjoy being pointed in the right direction. My searches found many scams, nothing of value, so I figured I'd go to the most avid forum on the internet for any advice.
